
My Story
Growing up in the Midwest with a love for astronomy, the initial goal was to become an aerospace engineer. However, after starting at Rice University, a shift in passion led to changing majors to Earth Science, ultimately earning a Bachelor's and Master's in Geophysics, along with a minor in Math and some MBA coursework. After over a decade in the oil and gas industry, the journey took a new direction—returning home and starting a career selling on Amazon and other marketplaces.
The journey from studying Geophysics to selling on Amazon explains the inspiration behind the business theme and showcases the development of essential skills like pattern recognition and data analysis. Since 2021, experience as an Amazon seller has included mastering platform rules, maintaining high seller ratings, and creating successful product listings that earned badges like "best new product." Expertise in reviving out-of-stock listings and using third-party apps for data-driven decisions has consistently improved product performance and rankings, highlighting a strategic approach to e-commerce.
This past year I was introduced to a local business owner who tried their hand at Amazon, and right as they were gaining lightspeed momentum, a compliance issue came up and they lost their ability to sell on Amazon. Amazon is a MAJOR source of sales, for most products out there, so this was a hard hit for his business. I was able to revive his brand/product presence on Amazon as an authorized seller and brand representative. Our first product listing launched in September of 2024, and in two months, we captured the majority of the market and earned the best rank in our category. We have just launched his second product, and are currently in the early stages of ramping up sales and rank.
The success achieved with that business owner inspired my decision to offer similar services to others seeking to grow their Amazon presence.
